an interesting story goes with this photo. it was given to me by a
skinner relative because on the backside was written "john skinner's upchurch cousins."
i posted the photo on an upchurch site and a cousin from the strickland clan
recognized the young lady on the right. he contacted me and
has figured out that on the left is his grandmother,
emma mae upchurch dennis. with her is a sister, etta. |
